Headed to the MidWest

I’m headed to the midwest region this week to meet w/ institutional investors. I’ll be in Birmingham, Michigan, a nice suburb of Detroit, then on to St. Louis and Minneapolis. I’ll hit Louisville, Milwaukee, and Chicago on another trip later in the year. These trips are good for buttoning up my thinking on the sector and the thesis on my stock picks, but are also excellent ways to get a read on current investor sentiment. Since I’m laid up this wknd w/ an ankle the size of a grapefruit (the result of an ill-fated basketball game Friday late afternoon), I’ve had some time to finish up my deck for the trip. I’m looking forward to the meetings, but the destination temperatures are forecasted to be in the 5-20 degree range…ouch
